Being African means a lot to a child. Being African is enough reason to make a child want to doubt his or her need for existence, it is still enough reason to make a child play in the rain and be filled with hope for a better tomorrow.
The entries for the KOLA magazine were all inspiring, so it is with great pleasure that we announce the selected pieces for the KOLA Magazine.

The Song of a Black Child (Poem) by Otubelu Chinazom Chukwudi
After The Rain by Moses (Poem) by Moses Opara
African Soldier (Fiction) by Hajara Hussaini Ashara
Nkosazana (Fiction) by Miracle Adebayo
Like Little Ones Do (Fiction) by Sharon Tshipa
